Refund & Returns Policy
Customers who shop on the Ask Amanda – Image & Style Consultants website, askamanda.com.au, may return UNOPENED and UNUSED products within 7 days of purchase and receive a refund, exchange or credit. A 10% re-stocking charge will apply.
Ask Amanda - Image & Style Consultants does not accept returned products that have been opened or used and will only accept the return if it is accompanied by an original Ask Amanda - Image & Style Consultants website receipt of purchase.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected.
Any returns that have been ordered via the Ask Amanda - Image & Style Consultants website will need to be returned to the Ask Amanda - Image & Style Consultants head office, at the customer’s expense. Before doing so, customers must email Ask Amanda - Image & Style Consultants customer service via the “Contact Us” page to have the return authorised.
Ask Amanda - Image & Style Consultants will not refund or provide credit on any freight/delivery costs incurred by the customer, nor will it accept returns that have not been authorised by customer service.
